this lodging is a conveniently cheap location if you plan to be out most of the time. the room was just adequate for two guests and it was very basic. the hotel's location is advantageous for quick city visits. waverly station, the bus station, shops, and restaurants are within easy reach.
The single overhead light in the room wasn't ideal. A smaller lamp would have improved the space. the floor was also quite slippery, so caution is needed whether wearing shoes or not.

This location is ideal, especially since a tram stop is right outside the building. It provides direct access to the airport. a tesco store across the street is very convenient. the location simplifies transportation.

The room was spacious and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. It even included kitchenware. the bed was adequate for a restful night. the provided towels were plentiful. The sheets were clean.

the staff allowed me to leave my bag after checkout, which allowed me to explore the area without luggage. someone was always at reception. the staff members were helpful. staff friendliness adds value.

The tram station is right outside. princes street is only a few stops away. the room was clean and quiet. it had a perfect size. I used it as a base to sleep and store things while i explored. the location is GREAT!!!
i could hear doors slam. ear plugs helped. the windows are difficult to open more than a crack. the whole building felt warm, and others also commented on the temperature.

i loved that the location was great! it was just opposite a tram station. having a kitchenette in the room was very useful, and i appreciated the laundry room access. the staff were lovely and helpful!
the room faced the main road and tram stop. it got very noisy. i think better soundproofing is needed.
